
According to the State Statistics Committee, the average monthly nominal wage in the country for January-September 2025 amounted to 6 million 166 thousand soums. This is 19.2% more than in the same period last year.
The highest growth was traditionally recorded in Tashkent - the average monthly salary in the capital reached 10 million 379 thousand soums. This is almost 19 percent higher than last year.
Significant positive dynamics are also observed in the regions. The average salary in Samarkand is 4.8 million soums, in Namangan - 4.5 million soums, in Syrdarya - 4.9 million soums, and in Fergana - about 4.5 million soums. Growth rates in all regions are in the range of 19-25%.
According to the analysis by type of economic activity, the largest growth was recorded in the entertainment and leisure sector - the average salary in this area increased by 22.8% and amounted to 5 million soums. In the field of education, growth was 19.8 percent, and in the field of transport and logistics - 16.7 percent.
The information and communication sector recorded the highest indicator - the average monthly salary in this area reached 14.9 million soums. In the banking, insurance, and credit sectors, a record salary of 16.8 million soums was observed.
