The Construction Inspectorate once again reminded that it is strictly prohibited to remove technical equipment leaving construction sites without washing them in special washing areas. In case of non-compliance with the rules, penalties may be applied, as well as work may be temporarily suspended.
It is reported that all equipment leaving the construction site must be removed cleaned at special washing points organized on the territory of the facility. This requirement was introduced to protect the environment, prevent pollution of city streets, and reduce the negative impact on the sanitary condition.
In accordance with the legislation, in case of non-compliance with these requirements, on the basis of Article 99 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, a fine is imposed on individuals in the amount of 30 basic calculated values, and on officials - in the amount of 70 basic calculated values.
At the same time, violation of the established rules may also be grounds for the temporary suspension of work at the construction site.
The Construction Inspectorate urged citizens to contact the call center 71-200-69-02 if they witness such violations.
