State medical institutions are switching to a five-day work schedule

Starting from April 1, 2026, the working regime of state medical institutions will be changed to a five-day workweek.

It is reported that although the number of working days will be reduced by one day, employees’ monthly salaries will not be decreased.

According to the new procedure, optimization of workload for medical institution staff and further improvement of working conditions are expected. At the same time, it is emphasized that there will be no interruptions in providing medical services to the population.
