A bus carrying Uzbeks was involved in a road accident in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.
It is reported that the incident occurred on the night of March 2, 2025 on the Samara-Shymkent highway. A truck hit a bus carrying 33 Uzbek citizens. The bus was traveling from Ufa to Samarkand.
It is noted that no one was injured in the accident. The Uzbek citizen on the bus was transferred to another empty bus on a safe part of the road.
For your information, Uzbek citizens actively use various buses to travel to and from Russia. As a result, when the weather is bad and the roads are icy, accidents often occur, resulting in deaths.
The most tragic tragedy involving Uzbek passengers in Kazakhstan occurred on January 18, 2018. At that time, a bus carrying Uzbeks to Russia caught fire in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. As a result of the tragedy, 52 of the 57 people on board the bus died.
