Dubai's famous musical fountain to close for 5 months

The city of lights, the world's largest and most famous musical fountain, located in the heart of Dubai, will soon temporarily close its doors. Located at the foot of the Burj Khalifa, the fountain will undergo a five-month renovation starting April 20.

Emaar, the company responsible for the renovation, previously announced that the process will last five months. However, the fact that the fountain is closing earlier than planned increases the likelihood that it will remain closed for an even longer period. In any case, the authorities have not yet given a clear answer on this issue.

Currently, the fountain is showing a free show to the audience every half hour from 18:00 to 23:00 every day. This show, where water is shot from a height of 140 meters to the music of world stars such as Michael Jackson and Andrea Bocelli, literally captures the hearts of the audience.
