American woman collects over 4,000 puzzles and sets record

Washington resident Liza Fireman has become the owner of the world’s largest puzzle collection and was entered intothe Guinness World Records, reports Peopletalk.

According to official data, as of May 10, 2025, Liza’s collection includes 4,060 different puzzles. Her collection ranges from small sets to a giant Mickey Mouse puzzle consisting of 40,320 pieces. Liza started this hobby in 2019 and still actively participates in puzzle competitions.

The previous record was held by Brazilian Luiza Figueiredo, who collected 1,047 puzzles in 2017. Later, Filipina Georgina Gil-Lacuna became a temporary record holder with 1,028 puzzles. However, Liza Fireman’s collection of 4,060 puzzles exceeded their results by more than three times.
