Former military court judge Albert Trishkin was rude and insulted when a police officer called him after an incident where he shot a taxi driver with a traumatic pistol. The police officer made this statement during a court hearing in Vidnoy, according to RIA Novosti.
The police officer, who was present at the trial as a witness, said that he conducted an investigation after the shooting, identified Trishkin's phone number, and called him.
"He started to be rude, insulted, and gave no explanation. He told me to come to the address where he would explain who I was. "I saw that this is the address of the Prosecutor General's Office," the police officer said.
After discovering that one of the participants in the incident was a judge (Trishkin had not yet resigned), the police officer submitted the case materials to the prosecutor's office.
