Pugacheva leaves her Cyprus home for safety

Famous singer Alla Pugacheva is planning to sell her luxury mansion in Cyprus and move to a safer region. This decision is due to the unstable situation in the Middle East and the proximity of the singer's house to British military bases. It is known that these bases are at risk of Iranian drone attacks. Realtor Mark Gershkovich shared his observations on this matter.

According to the expert, this property, located in the most prestigious part of Limassol, could be sold for between 4 and 6 million euros. Interestingly, the political tension in the region has not negatively affected housing prices in Cyprus. On the contrary, due to the influx of wealthy people from neighboring countries, the value of real estate may increase even further.

Recall that Alla Pugacheva and her husband Maxim Galkin began construction of a three-story mansion with a total area of 600 square meters in Cyprus in 2019. At that time, the project cost exceeded 2.5 million euros. Located on the coast, this house is distinguished by its panoramic windows and cozy terraces. Currently, the singer is forced to look for a safer place for her family.
