The latest appearance of famous Russian blogger and TV presenter Viktoria Bonya, who has over 13 million followers on Instagram, has shaken social networks. She posted an 18-minute video appeal addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin, touching upon the most painful points in the country. Viktoria Bonya began her appeal by describing the general mood in the country. As a solution, Viktoria Bonya proposed that the president create a special platform (for example, based on the Max messenger) for direct communication with the people. In her opinion, power should serve the people, not vice versa.
