For Jethro Harris, owning an Aston Martin Vantage V8 coupe was a dream come true, though the purchase is tied to bittersweet memories. He noted that he had long been a fan of the model, but the opportunity to buy it arose due to an unexpected inheritance. This is reported by Autocar.co.uk reports .
"I've always loved this model," he says. "But unfortunately, my purchase was linked to an inheritance. My father always dreamed of buying such a car, but never got the chance. So, when the opportunity arose for me, I decided: 'Okay, I have to do this'."
Interestingly, this luxury sports car also brought an unexpected financial surprise for its owner. According to Harris, insuring the Aston Martin Vantage turned out to be significantly cheaper than his daily driver, an Alfa Romeo Giulia sedan.
This situation may come as a surprise to many car enthusiasts, as high-performance and luxury brands usually command high insurance premiums. However, the Vantage model proved to be more economical due to its classic status and usage profile.
