Over 50,000 fans gather in Mexico City to see BTS

Members of the famous South Korean group BTS held a meeting with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum at the National Palace. During the official reception, it was announced that the group members were awarded the status of "Honorary Guests."

After the meeting, the artists appeared on the palace balcony to greet the fans waiting for them. Videos circulating on social media show thousands of fans cheering for the group.

It is noted that despite the official announcement of the visit being made just 5 hours in advance, more than 50,000 fans gathered at the Zócalo square in the center of Mexico City.

This visit is part of the BTS "ARIRANG" world tour. The group will present major concert programs at the Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City on May 7, 9, and 10.

According to reports, these concerts are expected to generate over $100 million in revenue for the Mexican economy.

Additionally, the fact that 136,000 tickets were sold out within minutes also indicates the immense interest.
