According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-September 2025, a total of 11.1 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Uzbekistan. This is 2.4% more than in the same period last year.
By region, the largest figure was recorded in the Tashkent region - 1,435.2 thousand sq.m. Bukhara (1,216 thousand sq.m), Namangan (1,127.8 thousand sq.m), Andijan (1,089.3 thousand sq.m) and Khorezm regions (984.1 thousand sq.m) also showed high results.
The smallest number of houses was delivered in the Syrdarya region - 90.2 thousand sq.m. In the Samarkand region, 312.7 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, and in Karakalpakstan - 669.2 thousand square meters. In the remaining regions, the indicators were in the range of 400-900 thousand square meters.
