Which regions in Uzbekistan lead in cashback?

In March 2026, a significant amount of cashback was returned to consumers in Uzbekistan. According to the Tax Committee, more than 168 billion soums were paid out for 216.8 million receipts during this period.
In total, 611.7 million receipts were processed in the first three months of the year, with 447.3 billion soums returned in cashback. In March alone, it was recorded that more than 6.1 million users utilized this system.
By region, the highest amount of cashback was recorded in Tashkent city, totaling 49.7 billion soums.
The following positions were held by the Fergana region with 22.9 billion soums, the Andijan region with 20.2 billion soums, and the Tashkent region with 17.1 billion soums.
Additionally, 9.3 billion soums were returned in the Samarkand region, 8.9 billion soums in Khorezm, and 8.5 billion soums in Karakalpakstan.
Other regions also recorded specific figures, with 6.9 billion soums paid in Namangan, 6 billion soums in Kashkadarya, and 5.5 billion soums in Bukhara.
It was reported that 4.3 billion soums were returned in Surkhandarya, 3.5 billion soums in Navoi, 2.4 billion soums in Jizzakh, and 2.2 billion soums in Syrdarya.
