BPI staff to earn bonuses from recovered debts
Uzbekistan has approved a new incentive system for employees of the Bureau of Enforcement (BPI). According to nova24.uz, the bonuses will be funded by 10% of debt collections.

• These funds will go to the BPI Development Fund and be paid monthly and automatically using the Unified Electronic Database.
• Bonuses will not apply to simplified, partial, or suspended enforcement cases.

Bonus details:
• Central office: up to 80% of salary, capped at 3 MROT (~3.47 million UZS)
• Regional/district: up to 4 MROT (~4.62 million UZS), 80% for direct enforcers, 20% for others
