3 Uzbek citizens wanted in Turkey deported

3 Uzbek citizens wanted internationally in Turkey were returned to the country, Kursiv Media reported, citing the Consulate General in Istanbul. This measure was implemented in cooperation between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan and Turkey.

Among those returned are one woman accused of fraud and two men suspected of tax evasion and violating customs regulations.

Citizens affected by fraud were advised to contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, its regional divisions, or the Consulate General in Istanbul.
