For the construction of buildings and facilities on any site and their use, it is necessary to obtain permission from special organizations. A building erected arbitrarily may one day be declared illegal by the court and be demolished.
According to the enforcement document of the Izboskan District Interdistrict Civil Court, the demolition at the defendant's expense was mandated for a 24.48 sq.m foundation and three columns, sized 40x40, built in the corridor part of a house in the Shomat neighborhood, Paxtaobod district.
The Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau for Paxtaobod district carried out enforcement actions to implement this decision and return the illegally occupied land plot to its rightful owner.
During the compulsory enforcement actions, the illegally constructed foundation was demolished and the land plot was returned to its legal owner.
