In the Tashkent region, a person who attempted to pack and sell potent drugs as biologically active additives was detained. During an operational event conducted by the State Security Service Department for Tashkent region and customs authorities, 1,835 units of the psychotropic drug "Regapen" were found in the house of a citizen born in 1970 in the Uchtepa district.
The study showed that the high content of pregabalin in these drugs makes them a strong and controlled agent. Nevertheless, the individual tried to secretly sell these drugs in pharmacies by placing them in UAE (biologically active supplement) boxes.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under part 5 of Article 2511 of the Criminal Code, and a preventive measure of "detention" has been applied to him.
The investigation is ongoing.
