Another important decision on personnel was made in the Almazar district of Tashkent: Tulaganov Kudratilla Asadullaevich was appointed as the district khokim. This appointment indicates that the pace and style of management in Almazar, one of the most "lively" areas of city life, may be renewed.
According to information, Kudratilla Tulaganov has worked as the chairman of the board of Asakabank JSC since 2023 before taking this position. That is, he is expected to bring experience, calculations and discipline in the banking and financial system to public administration. In a district like Almazar, which is densely populated, has many problems and opportunities, such experience should be felt in practice, not "on paper".
The new governor's education is also related to finance: it is noted that he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute and the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the same time, behind the change of leadership in the Almazar district, the previous governor Azizkhon Umarkhonov returned to the internal affairs system. It was reported that he was appointed head of the Department of Execution of Sentences of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by presidential decree.
Now the main question is: how will the new leader speed up work on issues that affect everyday life in Almazar - road and transport, improvement, social services, infrastructure of neighborhoods, the business environment, and public appeals? For now, the appointment is a start. The main thing is not to let the start turn into the finish.
