A fact of corruption was revealed in Tashkent. The State Security Service reported this.
According to them, the Tashkent City Department of the State Security Service and the capital's Department of Internal Affairs jointly organized an operational and targeted event. During the event, the chief specialist of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services was detained while accepting a bribe of 1,500 US dollars from the head of an LLC servicing apartment buildings in Tashkent.
Although the chief specialist of the ministry tried to escape during the arrest, the operatives immediately detained him.
According to the investigation, he promised to register the deeds signed by the homeowners on the “My Home” platform on the transfer of the right to service 6 houses in Yunusabad district from one LLC to another. In return, he demanded 2,200 US dollars. He planned to resolve this process through his official acquaintances.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the chief specialist and the investigation is actively ongoing.
