Humans Founder Placed on International Wanted List: Serious Allegations Revealed

The government of Uzbekistan has placed Vladimir Dobrinin, the founder and head of Humans, on an international wanted list. This information became public after being announced on Interpol's official platform.
According to sources, serious allegations have been brought against the entrepreneur. Specifically, he is suspected of organizing and conducting various gambling and risk-based games, as well as money laundering through financial operations.
According to information provided by Interpol, Vladimir Dobrinin was born in Austria and is currently 52 years old. He is also registered as a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Humans entered the Uzbek market as an innovative super-app. It was presented as a universal platform combining fintech services, mobile communication capabilities, and marketplace functions. In its initial stage, the project sparked great interest and saw rapid growth in its user base.
However, over time, serious problems emerged in the company's operations. Specifically, on October 14, 2025, the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court declared Humans LLC bankrupt based on an application from Octobank (formerly Ravnaq-bank). The debt amount was reported to be approximately 430 billion soums. This situation is said to be primarily related to services for Visa co-branded cards, which were suspended in June 2025.
Additionally, cases of unauthorized withdrawals from Humans cards were subsequently observed. This caused serious concern among the public. Company management explained these incidents as technical malfunctions and potential cyberattacks.
In turn, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan conducted an investigation into these matters. Based on the results of the audit, all materials were sent to the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs for legal evaluation.
Investigative actions regarding this case are currently ongoing. The development of events is expected to be significant not only for the financial sector but also for the digital services market.
