An emergency situation occurred in Tashkent due to heavy rainfall. On May 3, rainwater flooded the grounds of the Children's Oncology and Hematology Center located in the Chilanzar district of the capital.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, officials arrived at the scene immediately after receiving reports of the incident, and the situation was brought under full control.
Specialized equipment was deployed to remove the accumulated water from the area. Center staff also actively participated in the cleanup efforts.
According to official reports, as a result of the rapid response measures taken, the consequences of the flooding were completely eliminated by 9:00 PM.
At present, the center's operations have been restored, and experts emphasize the need to implement additional measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
