
Borussia Dortmund defeated Barcelona 3–1 at Signal Iduna Park in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. However, with a 3–5 aggregate score, Barcelona secured a place in the semi-finals.
Serhou Guirassy was the standout performer, scoring a hat-trick with goals in the 11th (penalty), 49th, and 76th minutes. Barcelona’s only goal came from an own goal by Rami Bensebaini in the 54th minute.
