Dasaev: Safonov staying at PSG is illogical


The famous goalkeeper Rinat Dasaev commented on Matvey Safonov not getting playing time at PSG. "In my opinion, there is no point in him staying at PSG.

I don’t know what details there are in his contract. If he cannot terminate the contract, he could be loaned out.

I do not understand Safonov’s move to PSG," Dasaev said in an interview with Metaratings. For your information, last season Safonov played 17 matches for the Paris club.

This season, however, he has not yet played in any official matches. His main competitor is currently the former Lille goalkeeper, Frenchman Lucas Chevalier.
