The World Championships among men currently taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has entered an intense stage. The fourth day of the competition was filled with responsibility and thrilling matches for our compatriots. Among the seven Uzbek boxers who stepped into the ring, one who successfully continued his journey was the talented Asadkhoja Muydinkhojayev.
In the -67 kg weight category, our experienced athlete faced a serious challenge. He went up against Armen Mashakaryan, who holds the IBO-PRO title and is known for his experience and uncompromising fighting spirit. After four intense rounds of determination and drive, the judges awarded the victory to Muydinkhojayev with a 4:1 score. This result secured his advancement to the next stage and brought new hope for the Uzbekistan delegation.
Meanwhile, more thrilling bouts are ahead. The anticipated match between Javokhir Ummataliyev and his Kyrgyz opponent Omurbek Bekjigit Uulu has drawn significant interest from boxing fans. This clash could become one of the most electrifying encounters of the tournament.
