Uzbekistan U17 tops group after defeating Australia

At the AFC U-17 Asian Cup currently taking place in Saudi Arabia, the Uzbekistan U17 national team has secured another crucial victory. In the 3rd round of Group D, our representatives faced Australia and claimed a convincing 2-0 win.

In the match, Sergey Chigodayev's charges displayed organized, confident, and purposeful football. From the start, our players pressured the opponent, controlled the ball, and sought to create sharp attacks. These efforts paid off in the first half.

In the 28th minute, Mirkomil Murodov opened the scoring, putting Uzbekistan ahead. This goal gave our team a major psychological advantage.
