Uzbekistan's young boxers prove their dominance in Asia

The Asian Boxing Championship hosted in Tashkent has concluded for the junior categories. In the fiercely contested U-15 bouts, the Uzbekistan national team once again proved its status as a true leader.

According to the National Olympic Committee press service, our representatives secured a total of 27 medals in this age category: 13 gold, 8 silver, and 6 bronze. This result clearly demonstrates the strength and potential of the Uzbek youth boxing school on the Asian stage.

In particular, the 13 boxers who won their final bouts and climbed to the top of the podium deserve great recognition. This is not only a personal achievement for the athletes but also a practical result of the coaches' hard work, systematic preparation, and the focus placed on boxing in our country.

The gold medalists include young boxers such as Fayozbek Noraliyev, Jasurbek Xayrullayev, Mansurbek Abduhamidov, Sardorbek Omonboyev, Javohir Ne’matjonov, Samandar Jo‘raboyev, and Ibrohim Mirzakarimov. Among the girls, Odina Yusupova, Sarvinoz Zoirova, Zebiniso Abdullayeva, Bahora Mahmudjonova, Malika Ulug‘bekova, and Zahro Daniyarova won gold medals.

The silver medals also significantly bolstered the Uzbekistan team's tally. Boburmirzo Murodov, Abdulloh Karimjonov, Azizbek Egamberganov, O‘lmasbek Satimov, Ominaxon Nosirova, Muqaddas Zokirova, Shahona Mullajonova, and Xonzodabegim Baratova reached the finals, demonstrating their place among the continent's elite.

Bronze medals were awarded to Shamshod Komilov, Adizbek Ilhombekov, Bobur Niyazov, Sarvinoz Risqulova, and Nargiza Serikbayeva. They fought valiantly in their weight classes, contributing significantly to the overall success of the Uzbekistan team.

The result of this championship proves one thing clearly: a new generation is rising in Uzbek boxing. Despite their young age, their movement in the ring, confidence, punch selection, and hunger for victory suggest they will raise our country's flag high in major competitions in the future.

In short, the U-15 Asian Championship ended on a very bright note for Uzbekistan. 27 medals, 13 golds, and overall team dominance — these are not just numbers, but the first major signal from future champions. These kids in the ring will be making headlines for a long time.
