Pavel Durov's accusations were officially commented on by WhatsApp

Telegram founder Pavel Durov sharply criticized the WhatsApp messenger, stating that it misleads users and raises questions about data security. He believes that billions of users could face "one of the largest consumer scams." Durov also emphasized that he never reads Telegram user messages.
In response to these statements, WhatsApp representatives provided an official comment through the X (Twitter) platform. According to it, the messenger has implemented a complete end-to-end encryption system by default, and personal and group chats, calls, and backups are also considered protected.
At the same time, in the field of technology, the fact that X company is working on the launch of a new XCHat application for the iOS system is also causing discussion.
