"Forbes" has updated its ranking of the world’s richest people. In the list, Elon Musk is far ahead in first place with a fortune of $839 billion. This was reported by Ixbt.com xabar beradi.
The next positions are occupied by Larry Page ($257 billion), Sergey Brin ($237 billion), Jeff Bezos ($224 billion) and Mark Zuckerberg ($222 billion). The combined wealth of the world’s five richest people is approaching $1.8 trillion.
According to the study results, although Musk is the richest person on the planet, he is among the slowest-moving billionaires when it comes to charity. While he has transferred $8.5 billion worth of Tesla shares to his charitable foundations, almost all of those funds are still sitting idle.
Estimates show that Musk has distributed only $500 million, or 0.06% of his total fortune, to those in need. This makes him one of the least charitable billionaires in the world.
