The Yandex Browser team has introduced a special feature for individuals who face difficulties in processing information on the internet. Now, the Alisa artificial intelligence will convert complex texts into simple and understandable language. This was reported by Ixbt.com.
According to the company's press service, such a service is being implemented for the first time in the world. The system replaces complex sentences and terms with easily understandable words.
This will create particular convenience for the elderly and users with hearing impairments.
The service operates based on the Alice AI LLM language model. While maintaining the structure and headings of the text, it breaks down long sentences into several short ones.
For example, in a text about aviation, it clearly explains that the landing gear is a part of the aircraft.
This function can be enabled in the accessibility section of the browser settings. After activation, a special button will appear on Russian-language websites allowing for text adaptation.
