Honor is preparing to introduce an unusual accessory for its new Honor 600 smartphone series. According to insider Fix Focus Digital, the device will be equipped with a special screen that attaches to the back via magnets and can operate independently. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
This round accessory, which resembles an Apple AirTag in appearance, serves as a remote control for the camera, an additional flash, and a display for showing information. The device features a USB-C port and a dedicated power button, ensuring it can function even when detached from the smartphone.
Technically, the Honor 600 series will have impressive specifications. Models intended for the Chinese market are expected to feature 8000–8600 mAh batteries, a 200-megapixel main camera, and Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processors.
The 6.57-inch AMOLED display of the smartphones supports a 120 Hz refresh rate. The official launch of the Honor 600 series is planned for the near future, and this magnetic screen technology could become the brand's main competitive advantage.
