
On June 6, the day of Eid al-Adha, vehicle movement will be temporarily restricted on streets near 122 mosques in Tashkent, reports NOVA24, citing the city’s Department of Internal Affairs.
According to officials, restrictions will be in effect from 00:00 to 08:00 during the holiday prayers. The closures will affect all districts of the capital:
. Mirzo-Ulugbek district: near "Tura Buva" mosque
. Olmazar district: near "Islomobod", "Hazrati Imom", and "Dustjonboy" mosques
. Shaykhantohur district: near "Sheikh Zayniddin", "Khoja Alambardor", and "Kukh Ota" mosques
. Chilanzar district: near "Novza" and "Ubay ibn Kaab" mosques
. Yunusabad district: near "Minor" and "Mirzo Yusuf" mosques
. Bektemir, Uchtepa, Sergeli, Mirobod, Yashnobod, and Yakkasaroy districts: on roads next to local mosques
