In the Jizzakh region, a driver with a debt exceeding 2 billion soums was identified via the “Qalqon” system and stopped by law enforcement officers, local sources reported.
According to the information, the driver of a Traverse vehicle had nearly 30 enforcement documents issued against him and had been declared wanted due to unpaid legal obligations. His total debt exceeded 2 billion soums (more than 200 million per case).
The individual was tracked through surveillance cameras and stopped on the road. His vehicle was then taken to an impound lot. The “Qalqon” system is proving effective in identifying such violations quickly.
Officials from the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau stated that the vehicle will be returned only after the full repayment of the debt. Currently, legal proceedings are underway against the debtor.
This incident once again highlights the importance of financial responsibility among citizens. Everyone is equal before the law, and fulfilling obligations on time is a civic duty.
