Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan agreed to recognize pension service

Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan have reached an agreement on mutual recognition of pension service, uz.kursiv.media reported. This decision will facilitate the pension process for citizens who have worked in both countries.

According to the agreement, the years worked in both countries will be combined into a single account and taken into account when calculating the pension amount.

Officials emphasized that this step will strengthen social guarantees for citizens of both countries and enhance legal protection in labor migration.
