Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Baxtiyor Saidov held a meeting with Sheikh Saud bin Abdurrahman bin Hassan bin Ali Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs of Qatar.
During the talks, both sides discussed regional and global security challenges, prospects for defense cooperation, and ways to deepen strategic partnership between the two nations.
“We discussed military experience exchange and coordinated efforts in the face of regional threats,” Saidov emphasized following the meeting.
The importance of joint efforts to ensure peace and stability, as well as strengthening cooperation in security matters, was underlined during the talks.
The two sides agreed to elevate their strategic partnership and implement new joint projects in the defense and security sectors.
These negotiations carry special significance in the context of mutual interests and maintaining regional stability.
