Uzbek startups to enter the Kazakhstani market

Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan have launched an acceleration program called Market Entry, Spot.uz reported. The program will support Uzbek startups in expanding into the Kazakhstani market. Applications are open until September 20.

The program is intended for tech startups from Uzbekistan seeking to scale their business in Kazakhstan. It offers assistance with legal entity registration, obtaining subsidies, and securing tax benefits.

Participants will adapt their products and business models to local laws, test them on a new audience, and prepare pilot projects. They will also meet with potential clients and partners.

The program offers:
an office and co-living space in Astana for two team members;
mentorship sessions with industry experts;
support from personal trackers;
opportunities to attend exhibitions, forums, and industry events.

Market Entry will officially open on October 3 at the Digital Bridge international forum. Sessions will begin on October 6 and run for eight weeks.

The final stage, Demo Day, will take place on December 5, where startups will pitch to investors and venture capital funds.
