Uzbekistan ranks in top 3 CIS warehouse markets

According to NF Group, Uzbekistan ranks third among CIS countries in terms of quality warehouse space, Kursiv.uz reported. As of Q3 2025, the country had 555,000 square meters of warehouse facilities.

Kazakhstan (1.78 million sq. m) and Belarus (1.72 million sq. m) lead the rankings. Uzbekistan’s logistics infrastructure is expanding fast, placing it among the top regional performers.

Of the current stock, 56% are classified as B-grade warehouses. About 53% of space is speculative, 20% is used by companies for their own needs, and 15% is allocated to 3PL operators.

Between Q4 2024 and Q3 2025, Uzbekistan added 160,000 sq. m of new warehouse space. Another 370,000 sq. m is expected by the end of 2026.

Vacancy rates are very low — just 1.7%. Rental prices average $156 per sq. m per year for class A warehouses and $90 for class B.
