An important initiative will be implemented to support vulnerable segments of the population during the 2025/2026 winter heating season.
During November, families identified through additional lists formed by the "Unified Register of Social Protection," "Register of Poor Families," and "Mahalla Seven" will receive one-time financial assistance in the amount of 1 million soums.
Currently, about 816 thousand families are registered in the "Unified Register of Social Protection" and the "Register of Poor Families." At the same time, the "Mahalla Seven" additionally identified and included 317,698 families in need.
First of all, material assistance is provided to individuals and families belonging to the following categories:
- who have lost their primary breadwinner;
- families with a disabled person of group I or II;
- caregivers of a child with a disability;
- residents of houses without gas and central heating;
- cases of joint residence of 3 or more family members in one apartment;
- seriously ill or in need of outside care.
Those wishing to receive financial assistance can submit their applications through the "Mahalla Seven" of their mahalla until September 25.
