Important news for residents of the capital: now payments for hot water and heating services are calculated separately. Veolia Energy Tashkent announced this on its official website.
According to the information, a new feature has been added to the company's personal account service. According to it, payments will be made separately for two types of services - hot water supply and heating. This procedure will make it easier to understand the bill for each service, and consumers will have the opportunity to ask specific questions.
To use the new function, you need to log into your personal cabinet through cabinet.veoliaenergy.uz, select the necessary period in the "Calculations" section, and click the "Commentary" button.

Recall that on August 22 of this year, the Tashkent City Council of People's Deputies approved new tariffs for hot water and heating services. According to this, the retail tariff for the population was increased by 15%, from 121,617 soums to 139,860 soums/Gcal without VAT.
Also, the tariff for legal entities increased by 40%, from 244,497 soums to 342,296 soums/Gcal. The base tariff was increased by 7% and set at 711,641 soums/Gcal. For budget organizations, the growth was 18.8 percent.
Sevara Pardayeva, CEO of Veolia Energy Tashkent, noted that residents of the capital currently pay only 18% of the base tariff, and the rest is subsidized from the city budget. However, the government plans to gradually abolish these subsidies by 2030 and fully transfer payments to consumers.
The company aims to bring the population to a level of full service coverage within the next 5 years.
