
The National Statistical Committee published data on the volume of healthcare services provided for January-September 2025. According to him, the total volume of services for this period amounted to 14.6 trillion soums. This indicator increased by 13.6% compared to last year.
By region, the largest amount of funds was spent on healthcare services in the city of Tashkent - 6.7 trillion soums. This is almost half of the total volume. Tashkent region (1.4 trillion soums) and Samarkand region (1.1 trillion soums) are in the next places.
Also, the volume of healthcare services in other regions is as follows:
- Fergana - 961.8 billion soums
- Namangan - 664.1 billion soums
- Andijan - 652.4 billion soums
- Bukhara - 569.2 billion soums
- Kashkadarya - 545.4 billion soums
- Khorezm - 495.4 billion soums
- Surkhandarya - 373.8 billion soums
- Jizzakh - 358 billion soums
- Syrdarya - 259.2 billion soums
- Karakalpakstan - 253 billion soums
- Navoi - 238.4 billion soums.
These figures are closely related to the population's need for healthcare, the level of infrastructure, and the development of regional medical services. Differences between the city of Tashkent and the regions indicate the centralization of medical services.
