The list of violations recorded by the camera has been approved

In order to strengthen road safety, a strict list of administrative offenses detected by special automated technical means of photo and video recording has been approved. One of the most important innovations is that the deadlines for applying administrative penalties for this type of violation have also been clearly defined.
What situations will photo and video recorders "capture" now?
According to the new procedure, the following offenses will be officially recorded through cameras:
- non-compliance with the rules for using seat belts;
- use of a telephone while driving a vehicle;
- increase the established speed of movement by no more than 20 km/h;
- violation of the rules of stopping or parking;
- and other cases stipulated by law.
That is, the issue is not only about speed: it is assumed that "most people don't pay attention" to dangerous habits, such as seat belts, phones, stops, etc., will also be automatically recorded.
When will the punishment be applied? The deadlines are also clear
Another important aspect of the procedure is that the latest deadline for applying punishment has been established.
- If the violation of traffic rules is detected by means of photo and video recording, an administrative penalty is applied no later than 1 month from the date of the offense.
- If an appeal is filed against the decision on bringing to administrative responsibility, the penalty may be applied no later than 1 year from the date of the offense.
In short, excuses like "didn't see the camera," "it's too late" gradually stop working: there's a note - there's a deadline - there's a decision. Now the most correct strategy is simple: wear the seatbelt, put the phone aside, maintain moderate speed, and don't break the parking rules by calling it your "favorite spot." For fans: don't give "content" to the camera - you'll have peace of mind.
