At the beginning of 2026, a rating of artisans by region was published

According to the National Statistics Committee, as of January 1, 2026, the number of artisans operating in the country was 22,117.

By region, the highest indicator is in the city of Tashkent - 2,906. The following places are occupied by Fergana region (2,564), Samarkand region (2,090), Andijan region (2,088), Namangan region (1990), and Khorezm region (1977).

Also, there are 1,791 artisans in Tashkent region, 1,496 in Kashkadarya region, 1,474 in Bukhara region, 1,033 in Jizzakh region, 951 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 845 in Surkhandarya region, 465 in Syrdarya region, and 447 in Navoi region.
