Due to the Ramadan Hayit holiday, on March 20 this year in Tashkent, public transport will start operating from 04:00 AM. This was reported by the Tashkent City Transport Main Department.
It is reported that this decision was made to provide convenience for citizens planning to attend the holiday prayer using public transport.
Specifically, on March 20 — Ramadan Hayit day, metro trains will start operating 1 hour earlier than usual, i.e., from 04:00, to serve passengers.
During the holiday, train operations on the “Tashkent Metro” lines will be organized as follows:
On March 20–21, 2026, metro trains will run according to the schedule approved for Saturday.
On March 22–23, 2026, metro trains will follow the schedule approved for Sunday.
Passengers are asked to plan their movements taking this schedule into account.
