In Uzbekistan, special benefits were given to families who married after turning 21

In Uzbekistan, new measures have been introduced to support young people who have achieved financial independence and are ready to start a family. According to the Ministry of Justice, these measures are aimed at financially encouraging young families and forming stable family relationships.

From 2027, young families where both parties are at least 21 years old and entering marriage for the first time will be given additional benefits. In particular:

For young families included in the Social Register, the amount of subsidies, loans, and grants will increase 1.5 times compared to the current standards.
For citizens who have drawn up a marriage contract, the state fee for registering the marriage will be canceled.
Previously, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced that for young families, the part of the mortgage loan exceeding 14 percent will be covered by the state.

These measures aim to encourage young people to start a family and support them in taking the first steps towards independent life.
