A court case in St. Petersburg between entrepreneur Viktor Shkurskiy and Eduard Gurinovich, one of the creators of Hamster Combat, has concluded, reports happycoin.club. The court ordered Gurinovich to return 2.5 million rubles, received as prepayment for the "Board of Directors" educational course, which was never delivered to the client.
During the proceedings, it was revealed that Gurinovich not only failed to provide the promised materials but also conducted educational activities without a proper license. Despite not attending the hearings, the court ruled in favor of Shkurskiy.
Additionally, a statement by Anton Gorshkov, CEO of IT holding AD.RU, regarding disputes over revenue sharing with the Hamster Combat team, brought further attention to the case. Gurinovich is required to repay 2.5 million rubles and cover court costs of 20,700 rubles.
