Andriy Yermak, the head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, said on Sunday, February 16, during negotiations with the US delegation at the Munich Security Conference (MSC), that Kiev had “clearly defined the red lines of its interests.” According to Yermak, the events that took place at the conference “may indicate the development of a plan to end the war.”

The head of the Ukrainian presidential administration also spoke about his meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. During the conversation, Yermak reminded him of the recent attack on the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. “Moscow is posing a nuclear threat to the world,” Yermak said.
