Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu: No Option Left Except Fighting in Gaza
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stated that the country has no choice but to continue military operations in the Gaza Strip to eliminate threats originating from the area.

Netanyahu emphasized that hostilities in this region will only end once certain objectives are achieved – the complete destruction of the Hamas organization, the release of all Israeli hostages, and assurances that Gaza will no longer pose a security threat to Israel.

According to Gaza's Ministry of Health, over the last two days, Israeli airstrikes along the coast have resulted in the deaths of at least 92 Palestinians, with approximately 200 more injured.

On Thursday, Hamas leadership officially rejected Israel's proposed temporary ceasefire, reiterating their refusal to accept any peace agreements that do not include Israel's complete withdrawal from Gaza.

As a reminder, on March 18, Israel terminated the ceasefire agreement brokered by Qatar, Egypt, and the United States. Since then, approximately 1,800 people have been killed and nearly 4,700 injured due to ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza.

Currently, according to Gaza's Health Ministry, the number of casualties in the enclave has reached 51,157. The United Nations, citing sources in Gaza's Health Ministry, reports that more than two-thirds of the fatalities are women and children.

Hamas currently holds 59 Israelis hostage, with an estimated 24 believed to be alive.

Thus, the situation between Israel and Gaza continues to escalate, with developments in the coming days remaining a significant focus of international attention.
