
In Russia’s Amur region, 11 Uzbek citizens were arrested for participating in a mass brawl, reports NOVA24.
The incident took place on May 25 at a school stadium in the city of Svobodny, where the men tried to settle a dispute with fists.
According to the Svobodny City Court, they were found guilty of minor hooliganism under administrative law.
Some defendants received lighter sentences due to their confession and remorse, while the group nature of the offense was considered an aggravating factor.
Two individuals received 12 days of administrative detention, and the other nine were sentenced to 14 days in jail.
