Kazakhstan and the UK strengthen military cooperation
Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom have signed a military cooperation plan for 2025–2026. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan, according to ura.news.

The document was signed in London and outlines cooperation in peacekeeping activities, language training, and the education of Kazakh military personnel in British higher military educational institutions.

Additionally, the parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation and exchanged views on regional security issues.

In April 2024, the foreign ministers of Kazakhstan and the UK signed a strategic partnership agreement. Under this agreement, London allocated £50 million ($67.5 million) for the development of projects in Central Asia.
