Two children missing after boat sank in Turkey

In Turkey’s Mugla province, on the shores of the Aegean Sea, a small boat sank.

According to TRT Haber, there were a total of 8 people on board. Six of them managed to swim to the shore on their own. However, two children are still missing.

Mugla governor Idris Akbıyık reported that one helicopter, three rescue boats, and two diving teams were involved in the search and rescue operations.

At present, search efforts at sea continue without interruption. Authorities and rescuers are using all means to find the missing children.
