Israel is ready to quickly implement the first phase of Trump's plan

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office, in a statement made overnight, stated its readiness to implement the first phase of Trump's plan, which envisions the "immediate release of all hostages" within the framework of the ceasefire initiative. The stated goal is to establish short-term and step-by-step coordination with the White House.

At the same time, despite urgent calls, the situation on the field is currently developing in a "gradual downward" scenario: the Israeli command has been instructed to reduce offensive operations and focus operations primarily on defense. These changes are interpreted as preparations for the launch of the first stage of the release of hostages.

American President Donald Trump, after receiving a response from Hamas, announced that he would order Israel to "immediately stop" the bombing in Gaza and put a final ultimatum on the action. The plan was requested to be accepted until 6:00 PM on Sunday (Monday, October 6 at 3:00 AM Tashkent time).

In its address, Hamas stated its readiness to surrender all survivors, hostages, and the bodies of the deceased, in accordance with the exchange formula proposed by Trump, "if the necessary conditions are created." The movement also agreed to begin "immediate negotiations" on the details through intermediaries. At the same time, a tendency was expressed to transfer the administration of Gaza to an "independent structure based on the Palestinian national consensus, supported by the Arab and Islamic world."

But the most controversial points remain: there is still no agreement on disarmament and general security standards. According to a comparative report by Reuters, although Hamas adopted some key points of the plan, it did not reach an agreement on a number of conditions - especially on issues such as disarmament.

Musa Abu Marzuq, a member of the Hamas political bureau, called the demand to surrender all hostages and bodies within 72 hours "impractical." According to him, technical and logistical problems require an extension of this period.

Trump's plan consists of 20 points and provides for an immediate ceasefire, exchange of hostages for Palestinian prisoners, gradual withdrawal of troops, reconstruction, and a temporary international administration structure. It is said that Middle Eastern neighbors are mediating the adoption of the plan, while the Israeli side is relying on its pre-determined principles.

Further steps are expected to include launching a practical mechanism for hostages, agreeing on the list of criminal prisoners, and steadily reducing violence in the square. However, if a balance of trust and influence is not maintained, the process may stop again - including pressure from the families of the hostages and political conflicts within Israel.

For now, the biggest question is: despite the delays and disagreements, will the parties be able to turn the "first stage" into practical action? The response will depend on the speed of the negotiations and the events in the field.
